Before you write
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours from Sihor. You’ll get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up — delivery is 2–4 days within Gujarat and 4–7 days elsewhere in India. If tracking hasn’t moved in 48 hours, message us with your order number.
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we’ll replace it — no need to send the damaged one back.
Yes. We manufacture in-house, so bulk, corporate gifting and private-label enquiries all go straight to the people who make the product. Use the form with “Bulk / wholesale enquiry” selected, or email us — include quantity and timeline and we’ll come back with rates.
Not yet — right now we ship across India only. International shipping is something we’re working toward; message us and we’ll tell you when it opens up.
