For the purposes of this policy, we are the data fiduciary — the company that decides how and why your data is used.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Order details — name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, pin code
  • Account details — if you create an account: your name, email and password (stored encrypted)
  • Enquiries — anything you send through our contact form or on WhatsApp
  • Newsletter — your email address, if you choose to subscribe
  • Reviews — the name and rating you publish with a product review

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent, and the site you arrived from
  • Cart contents and session data, so your cart survives a page reload

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely on Cashfree’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. All we receive back is whether a payment succeeded or failed, and a transaction reference.

Each of these parties is expected to use your data only for the purpose we shared it for.

Cookies

Keeping your data safe

Our site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil and support your order. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to us.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Children

Our products and this website are intended for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
